Final papers and presentations

Final versions of conference papers and associated presentations can now be uploaded via Conftool .
  1. Please ensure that you use the paper template for the final version of your paper there is a MSWORD version or a TeX version.
  2. The paper should include the authors' names.
  3. Remove the line numbers in the border - for example in MSWORD select Layout > Line Numbers > None.
  4. The page limit is 10 pages.
  5. The filename should be p+XXX+vFINAL.pdf, where XXX is your paper number.
  6. At the bottom of your Conftool page, look for the entry for your paper, click on "Upload File(s)" then "Choose File", select the final version of your paper - this will overwrite the existing (pre-review) version of your paper. You can repeat this process as many times as you want, if there are more small edits that you want to make.
  7. You should also upload a corresponding presentation for your paper via Conftool; selection "Submit Contribution" and select "PRESENTATION" from the menu. Filename should be Pres+XXX.ppt or .pptx, where XXX is the number corresponding to your paper.
